Q: DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO BUY ONLINE?
A: Yes it is mandatory to have your details filled on the registration page.
A: In the event of an exchange/refund, either online or at our Stores, we can retrieve your purchase history and contact you in case of any safety issue with our products. The same is also needed to deliver the product at your doorstep

A: You can also click on the 'Sign In' button on right top corner. Then enter your details in 'Create An Account' box and follow the steps. An account registration confirmation mail will be sent to you on your registered email id.

A: You can update your personal details by logging on to the website and using 'My Account' dashboard.
NOTE: You will not be able to edit/update your details in the store if you have an account created on the website due to security reasons.
Q: ARE YOUR PRICES THE SAME ACROSS YOUR STORES AND ONLINE?
A: We try as much as possible to maintain standard Selling Prices for all our products across our Stores and Online. There might be a few (very exceptional) cases where a store has a higher/lower selling price depending on the tax structure in the State or a clearance sale for an end of season product.
Q: HOW DO I PAY ON THE WEBSITE?
A: You can use Credit card, Debit card or Net Banking to purchase products online. We do not have a Cash on Delivery option.
Q: DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
A: At Gorilla Adventure, we strive to maintain EVERYDAY LOW PRICES FOR OUR PRODUCTS. The prices of our products do not include shipping costs. Your shipping costs are calculated based on your basket value and the delivery area.
Q: HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
A: Usually the products are delivered within a time span on 2 to 8 working days within India; but due to other uncontrollable reasons, it may add few days more. For International shipping, the delivery time will be dependent on the services of Shipping Agencies.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY CONSIGNMENT?
A: After dispatching your order, a tracking number will be mailed to your registered email address. You can use the tracking number to track your consignment or contact our customer service who will assist you with the same.
Q: HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE AMOUNT TO REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT ONCE A REFUND IS PROCESSED?
A: It will take 6-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

A: We do not offer the option of EMI on the website currently. We do, however, have the option in our Stores.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
1. RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please send us an image to firstname.lastname@example.org for reference and we will find you a solution right away.
2. ORDERED A BACKPACK AND RECEIVED A BOTTLE?
That was certainly not our intention! We apologize, and will request you to send the products back to us and refund for your order for full amount including your courier charges both way.

You may simply choose to return product within 10 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please make sure that the product is unused and the MRP tags are intact.

9. CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHAT INCLUDES / EXCLUDES IN THE GUARANTEE?
The guarantee / warranty for all products will be mentioned in the respective product page. This includes any kind of manufacturing defect irrespective of the platform of your purchase (online or stores). You are requested to contact directly to the manufacturer for claim or Guarantee / Warranty. You can contact us for guidance, if required.
The guarantee is not applicable for:
- Parts subject to wear and tear
- Damage caused by wrong installation, negligence, or poor maintenance
- Altering/customizing the product or using the product in a manner it is not intended for. (Eg. If you are using Running Shoes to play Football, your guarantee on those shoes will be void as they are designed specifically for Running and not playing Football!)
- Guarantee can be claimed if the restriction of use and care instructions are not violated.
